I have been having this problem every since 3 versions ago?
    It is still not resolved?
Mysteryously without warning.. I find my imon has turned itself off?
I have no virus's per se and it happens on every machine I have it installed on which are "four"

Surely others have this problem too?
and if so surely this should be a major priority to fix.. since you email scanning is disabled when this is turned off?

Sure amon will still catch something if it runs rampant, but imon should not turn itself off?
I put on passwords thinking that would help, but it doesn't?
    any answers?

Have you requested support on this from Eset? That is a strange problem.

I have seen this on my home system only once, never did find out the cause, very disconcerting it was, as there wasn't anything obvious to point out that IMON was disabled.

With this issue can you please send an email to support@eset.com and place a link to this thread. If you do not hear from Eset within 3 days (allows for weekends), please advise us here...

We would appreciate if you could keep us in the loop with your progress, as we all learn this way…

    Cheers :D
