Default IE-SPYAD & AGNIS Lists updated

Quote:
IE-SPYAD (the IE Restricted zone list) and AGNIS (the AtGuard/NIS ad block list) have been updated again. The AGNIS for Outpost block lists have also been updated. You can download all of these new versions at:

www.staff.uiuc.edu/~ehowes/resource.htm

I haven't updated the AGNIS for NIS 2002 block list. I'm currently investigating whether that list is actually necessary for NIS 2002 v. 4.0. My suspicion is that NIS 2002 v. 4.0 users can use the standard AGNIS block list, but I want to confirm this first.

If you have any questions or comments about either IE-SPYAD, AGNIS, or AGNIS for Outpost, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Best,

Eric L. Howes

Permission granted. I should have posted a notice here in the first place. In the future, what forum would you prefer update notices to go to -- this one?

You got it. I'll post the same notices in this forum as I do on DSLR and the GRC forums.

Thank you, Eric! And welcome to Wilders.

I've been using IE-SpyAD since it first came out and love it. Between that, SpyBotS&D, CookieMuncher and AdShield, my web-browsing is seamless and how I want it.

And, of course, I always check up on things frequently with both AA *and SBS&D! Pete
