Are you thinking of running the Ewido monitor with the Cleaner Pro?
I wouldn't recommend running two similar program monitors to avoid possible conflicts.
Use one as a backup scanner if you want to use them both.

The Cleaner Pro's monitoring has two components.A memory monitor and active processes monitor.

As far as choosing the Cleaner Pro or Trojan Hunter..
Trial them each one at a time to compare the programs and decide which one you prefer.
