Adding options to ID-Blaster Plus

How hard would it be to add an option to allow ID-Blaster Plus to start, change your IDs, and then exit automatically (something similar to MRU-Blaster's Silent Clean). Specifically, I'd like to be able change IDs just before the system connects to the Internet (i.e. as through a dial-up connection). What are your thoughts? I love the program, by the way, and recommend it highly.
