Stuff I do not see in the block list...

I have been plagued by clocksync, tvmd.exe, and memory meter. How can I get these included? None of them ask permission, it just installs, and I find it on my task bar. I have used regedit to remove all the entries I can find in the registry. But tomorrow, I go to a site, and here they are again. I would like to block them so they cant install. Any suggestions?
