Default Spywareblaster - description database

Many of the items in the "protect" listing do not have any description. I have uninstalled and downloaded the program
two times with the same results. Any help.

This is the message that appears
"The specified information cannot be found in the item description database. Please run the Check for Updates feature to make sure you have the latest item information (note: not having these"

It sounds like you may have Windows 95/98 or ME. In the current version of SpywareBlaster there is a small bug that prevents the reading of the database information past the first 200 or so items only certain Win 9x systems. It will be fixed in the next version.

Best regards,

No - this only affects the display of the additional item information (which can be accessed through the More Info section of SpywareBlaster).

Protection is not affected - you are still protected against all items.

Best regards,
