Default is there any software to trace the changes in registry and files ?

is there any software to trace the changes in registry and files ?

for example the new file that haven add form trojan or virus in my windows
and the change and registry?
just id like to log it ?

You could try MJ Registry Watcher running in Accept mode. It is at http://www.jacobsm.com/mjsoft.htm and it is free of charge. There is a Wilders thread about it at http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=54666
