Default LogonDll.dll

Does anyone know what this dll is?

It comes with this

O20 - Winlogon Notify: DfLogon - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\LogonDll.dll

Just checked with Rmus and it appears to be related to Deep Freeze.
