I posted to this forum and unfortunately received no answers, I watched and waited, nothing happened.

    I did it!

I went to the Mcafee forum and got no answers to my post.

So I went to the on line chat techies. I talked to 5 different people, typed what they told me to do, and it was partly fixed. With trial and error I figured how to fix the rest. I learned here that sometimes there is no one but yourself to get the job done!

As always, it is persistent focus on the problem - work the problem as they say - and taking any and all avenues to a solution that typically bears fruit.

Great to see things are back on track!

That is right, The one person that you can always depend on is yourself :D ;) And it is nice to learn how to do something that you will now have to help yourself or someone else that might have the same problem and was not as lucky as you to get it figured out. The things that you figure out yourself are the ones you never forget. :D ;)

Hey thanks, I received a PM from this forum from 1 of my mentors. I had asked for help. When I got the message back, it was telling me to go figure it out myself. It really upset me. Now I am gun shy about asking anyone here. I know there are things that I don't have clue about. I've only been using a computer for 1 year.

Don't be shy, if you do have a question we will try to give you a hand. Unfortunatly sometimes someone slips through the cracks. We definatly don't like that to happen. But sometimes it does happen.
