Error when running softwares.

I am facing this problem frequently, i.e after the softwares are installed and then run the following error pops up.

There are a number of potential avenues. For example, see here, here, or here for a representative sample of potential causes. There could be other causes. Without additional specific information (e.g. it's only on an install, or maybe it is constant for some applications), I'd probably focus on device driver related issues for the moment.
