Default Is ctfmon.exe necessary to run on start up

Hi
can this entry be unchecked in (msconfig> startup)

Kill it. I remove it on all systems after installing Office. Here is how:

TkBellExe c:\program files\common files\real\update_ob\realsched.exe
it keeps coming back

I un-installed Real and don't use it anymore. It is too intrusive. If you must use it, delete or rename realsched.exe.
