Default 177_icol.dll

I was browsing through my files and noticed 177_icol.dll in my system root folder.
The properties say nothing about it and neither does google.
I know it wasn't there before yesterday and the only things I have installed since then are Ewido and Flyakite OSX.
Can anyone identify the file and whether it is harmful or not or whether it is part of Ewido or Flyakite?
