Default What is new in the 2.50.19 version?

I just noticed that the newer version of 2.5 is out, but I can't find the changelog anywhere. Is there something new I should be aware of?

Then, maybe jaska could tell us what change logs are wanted ? What is the reference version ?

If it is a beta version, then only bug correction, ... It is why it is a beta, a near release product. A beta don't change compares to the release product ... it is made to find not yet discovered bugs and such things, ... to test the stability on more than a few computers.

If it is the 2.12.3 version, all is here

The version on the download site is 2.50.19. That is a change from 2.50.16.

Until an Eset moderator can tell us what the difference is, it's all guess work.

Until we are able to obtain 2.5 component update via download, the only way to obtain 2.5.19 is to download and install over the top of your existing version - which will be SOON.

There is no firm deadline for when this will happen. So if you think you need 2.5.19, please use the username/password supplied with your license to get the file and do an install.

I agree with Greg. We shall wait for Marcos or Daddy Cool himself to update us on this. No point in playing the guessing game here.

Man I wish I would have known about the new version sooner, I just reformatted Windows XP last night and did an install of 2.5.16.

Jag

2.50.19 has had a bug fixed where NOD would simply disappear in the middle of a scan.

Well I hope this will be offered via a component update for 2.5.16 users, because I really do not want to install this version when I just got 2.5 a few days ago and it is running great.

beta25 password is ok here. Also I installed v2.50.19 over v2.50.16 it went smoothly without even asking about user/pass(after hitting install (reboot now/reboot later) window appears immediately I just hit reboot and thats it.

FYI, the trial version has also been updated to 2.50.19. I just quit NOD32 and installed over the top with no problems.

As tazdevl mentioned, rendering hasn't been fixed with this latest update

If I install 2.50.19 over 2.50.16 will Blackspear's settings remain in place?
