It has failed to install three times on my Computer on Win XP Pro Sp2. also has done so on my other computer with Home SP2.
Anyone else experiencing this. Note: This post was post was moved from the update forum and is in regards to the Microsoft Windows Installer version 3.1 KB893803V2 : available thru Windows Update. <puff-m-d>

I just got it from Windows update. No problems. XP Home SP2
Is your antivirus or firewall blocking the install? |

I had to do it twice.....had to disable PG to install second time.
