Running 2.50.16 on a Server

Have any changes been made to 2.50.16 to address the problems of running IMON on servers (e.g. Windows Server 2003)?

With 2.12.3 we had to disable it.

Reading carefully I'm not so sure that it actually says IMON works with server - HTH
