I am have NOD32 scheduled to scan my hard drive once a week. Today I was wondering what was causing all of the hard drive activity as I could not see any of the running programs in the taskbar causing it. Lo and behold it was the scheduled scanning going on in the background! Is there no way to have Nod32 display a scanning screen so that the end user is at least aware that it is performing a scheduled scanning?

Agreed, use BS settings.
I did notice one thing with the new verion tho. It seems that after a scheduled scan occurs, the window doesn not stay open. I know in the old version it did stay open which I rather liked because then I knew it ran for sure. I wonder if there is a way to have the window remain open in the new verion after a scheduled scan has run? |
