Default FALSE POSTIVES DO I DELETE THEM ?

I sometimes use Microsofts Antispyware app to do ondemand scanning. And it comes up with false postives sometimes. So my question is, would it be still safe to delete these false postives along with any true postives, or should I untick the false postives before finalizing the scan to delete them. Many thanks in advance guys.[i]

No need to delete FP's. We once had our AV system delete a Radmin setup, only to discover the fp later. Just wait for the company to rerelease signatures later.
