Sgmain.exe - Application Error

I have installed SpywareGuard V2.2 on my Windows XP Pro Notebook. I receive the following error when loggin into any of the non-administrative accounts:

Sgmain.exe - Application Error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click OK to terminate the application.

Any ideas?
