Default parental controls

do you know how to unblock the parental control function so that you can change the general access to (18+) so that my daughter can access a website on working from home?

Leanne, you'll need to provide a little more infomation here - OS, browser, and which program you're using for parental control. Most importantly, we'd like to know what kind of site on working from home is unsuitable for under 18s!

If you are talking about "AOL Parental Controls", they can only be managed from an AOL Master Screen Name on the account in question. This is to prevent the kids themselves from changing their own access levels.

Go to AOL Keyword: Parental Controls while signed on via Master Screen Name - it's all self explanatory from there.
