Tuneup Utilities question 2 of 2

hello again contacted TUNEUP utilities (approx 2 weeks ago) no reply-still waiting on a reply,(computer is 700mhz,384 ram,
dsl connection,win98se
SITUATION;open & run tuneup utilities,in the
MEMORY Optimizer, the results show (see pict 1)
so then i click on MANUAL OPTIMIZER,(pict 2 )
and out of 384 ram, i jave it set at 301 ram then maually clean
and the results show (pict 30
QUESTION is:
any idea what or where this should be set at to get the best results,

hello everyone, i APOLOGISE to all for the confusion,about these post,(2) I was told by 1 member her where to post, then the Moderator gave the correct information where to psot,so i posted there,9making 2 posts0 to the same question, I NOW have LEARNED "'when not sure where to post",ASK A MODERATOR 1st,THANK YOU for trying to help me with this minor TuneUp Utilitiy question(s)will watch for a reply,since Tuneup utilitiy 'support" will not or can not give a reply, "flyboy"

 

other tuneup question was- is

When i open & run tuneup utilities
in the DISK CLEANNER result page it shows
"3 files cannot be deleted,they are either in use or you do not have the proper permission,(use to say ONLY 2)
Question:
HOW CAN I see these file's & know what to delete (or what to allow) "flyboy"

 

FOUND the problems, now i hope a cure

hello everyone, i found the 3 files that ALWAYS remain on the tuneup utilities, but CANNOT DELETE THEM, I have tried Tuneup will not delete them.PLZ,
(1) ARE THESE NEC. to have on win98se to run
(2) ABY IDEA how to delete these,
so tumeup show nothing when test run, "thank you for the help,"flyboy"
