Default Trojan or not???

I find there is a weird program "time.exe" under C:\Program files\Time Sync
I use F-Secure client security 5 (lasted datebase), but didn't find any virus/trojan.

But Sophos says it's a trojan
Link

I upload the file, just change .txt to .zip

No links to, or uploads of suspected malware.- Ron

Exclamation Re: Trojan or not???

Hi there networm,

While text files are an allowed uploaded file type,
it goes against Wilder's TOS and is a no no to substitute or alter the original file for such purposes.

Please see here.....What Are Attachments?

I'm sure someone will be able to assist without the need to "stealth" the file.
Thanks for you're honesty.

I removed your attachment. No links to, or uploads of suspected malware.

You should consult with F-Secure by sending that file to them for examination.

Its not a trojan.
Time sync is known spyware.

Install MS anti-spyware or something similar to get rid of it.

AV's call it trojan downloader because it has the ability to download a particular trojan after a certian amount of time.
