Trying to re-shape my HDD partition.
I'm trying to increase size of D by taking from C. However when I "COMMIT" on re-boot I get... ERROR: Disk not found ...press any key to continue. Then it fires up with the partitions as they were originally. I'm stumped. Any clues? |

recently i had some similar problems with discdirector suite. it complained about bad sectors. then i used the bootable rescue disc and did all partition work with that program outside windows. no problems then. maybe this approach will work for you too.

I have the same issue. Are you running of SATA or Raid by any chance? The drive I am trying to resize is off the SATA bus, when Acronis boots it doesn't see the SATA. That's what I am thinking.
