Default No right-click scan installed

Over the phone I helped my "first time computer user" brother install NOD32. During install he said the option came up for shell integration. I told him to check yes for that and he said he did.

But now there isn't a scan option in his right-click menu. I've searched through my NOD32 setup and can't find any setting to add this. Is there one? Or would he have to re-install to try and get it?

Any help is much appreciated!

Is this the "trial" version? I had the same problem with the trial on XP Pro -- never did get the right-click to work. It did appear when I installed the registered version.
