can trojan stop installment of TDS?

If my problem computer can NOT connect to the internet, and tells me I have NO administrator privileges --- can I still install TDS (after transfer via CD)?
Is it worth trying?

Hi anna_new,

Without administrator privileges, you will not be able to install TDS. If your account normally has administrator privileges, try logging into your account in Safe Mode (tap the F8 key a few times as your system boots). From there, try installing TDS. If that fails, log in as Administrator in Safe Mode and try the install again.
