In general, theres nothing better than Kaspersky Anti-Virus when it comes to killing trojans. If it is a virus that you wanna kill, take McAfee as it is slightly better than Kaspersky in the same.
Maybe you should just try all the AVs free/trial versions and see which one gets rid of your 'problem': BitDefender Free Edition eScan Free McAfee Stinger Trend Micro Sysclean If any of these detect your file IF IT IS A VIRUS (and I know of no 'Gary Bettman' virus, please explain a bit about its symptoms and effects etc.), take the paid versions of the same.
