Cannot update to latest radius database

I cannot update to the latest radius database. My version shows:

[44350 references - 20484 primaries/11731 traces/12135 variants/other]

whereas the website shows:

46861 refs

I tried re-installing TDS, but that didn't help. I also tried deleting the radius.td3 file and updating but that also didn't help. I always end up with 44350 refs.

Any ideas ?
