Error message since install SpywareGuard

I'm running xp-pro. I only get this error on logoff or system restart. No other time. I do not get the message when SG is unloaded.
Anything I can do?
"Application popup: dwwin.exe - DLL Initialization Failed : The application failed to initialize because the window station is shutting down."
