They're makin' a list, and checkin' it twice.
They're gonna find out who's been naughty and nice. The FBI is comin' to your town. They know when you've been sleepin'. They know when your awake. They if you've been bad or good, so be good for goodness sake. Oh, you better watch out. You better not cry. You better surf careful, I'm tellin' you why or the FBI will be comin' to your town. |

Since the FBI - at least as far as I 'm aware - are concerned with criminal activity it would seem to only really matter that they could or couldn't monitor your web browsing with or without a warrant if there was something a person would prefer they didn't know about their surfing habbits. It's not like they gator a profit from the info or anything is it? (thats a long way of saying 'Who Cares?') I would think they could monitor it without a warrant. Whether or not they could do anything with that information in the absence of a warrant would seem to be an entirely different question. As is the question of 'Should they?'
