Default MS-DOS Boot Disk

I have Windows XP Home Edition. If I put a floppy in A drive,go to My Computer right click on A drive, click on Format it gives me the option to [Create MS -Dos Startup Disk]. Is this going to create a MS-Dos Boot Disk?

I appreciate your reply. I have been working with Ghost 2003 and read about the PC-Dos and MS-Dos disks. I guess you have to have a Win 98 computer to make a MS-Dos Boot disk. Could I get it from Boot Disk.com?

In all probability, yes.
Also, try finding a WinMe system (if you want a proper bootdisk). Winme's bootdisks were far better than Win98 (both are dos disks with some little extras)
