Macromedia Flash

    Any one know if SpywareBlaster 3.2 is able to kill the latest Flash 7? SpywareBlaster's Flash Kill window mentions only 4, 5, and 6.x.

    Do you mean prevent the bugs that can attack your computer through Macromedia Flash? as Macromedia flash itself is a usefull tool.

    Hm I'm not sure about whether it can kill Flash 7 or not. It seems likely that it would, but we'll have to see what Javacool has to say about that.

    Also - no he is not trying to kill Flash because of any security reason, but because it is used in such annoying advertisements, etc. Look under "tools" and then "flash killer" in SWB to see what this is about.

    Oh right, was not sure of the reason, as everyone seems to be blocking anything that moves on webpages at the moment.

    What sort of advertising is this thread refering to when we say it uses macromedia flash?
