Spware Guard and Norton Firewall problem

Installed Norton Internet Security 2005 (what a mistake!) as it caused all number of issues. Used their fix documents to uninstall all adware, spyware programs etc. Still had problems with Norton so uninstalled this aswell. Tried the Restore application for Windows only.

Problem I have is that I can't delete the Spyware Guard folder from the hard drive. 2 files left which won't allow deletion. Does anyone know how I can completely remove the Spyware Guard from the PC and start again?
