Default Thoughts on Pathlock e100 NETimer

Steve Gibson endorses the product, but what are your thoughts?

Mine are spelled out over here.

I certainly don't *need the product. *I have ADSL with PPPoE software for the connection. *Real easy to disconnect, click on a icon in the system tray and select "exit."

That said, I can't see why anyone would pay for such a product. *You can turn off the modem, pull out the CAT5 cable, etc. * I certainly would not recommend the product to any one that I know. *

Are you sure it isn't a joke? I'll sell you a shovel and some sand and you can bury your system in the back yard. Pretty safe from hackers there too.
