Norton Antivirus Command Line Scanner (NAVC) v1.0 - FREE -

DOS-based virus detection and removal utility. You can run NAVC from the DOS prompt, DOS shell in Windows, or from the Run dialog box in Windows. NAVC also has command line switches allowing you to scan boot records, memory, ZIP files, repair infected files, delete infected files, you can write activities to a log file, and more!

only able to remove W95.CIH .. ...

"This is a new edition of our NAV Command-line scanner (NAVC) which can
be implemented as a manual detection and removal system for the
W95.CIH series of viruses. A full product integration of the detection
and removal will be available shortly. The full system will be
available via LiveUpdate and Intelligent Updater.
