Spywareblaster update.

I have recently installed mozilla firefox 1.0 and thunderbird, IE and outlook exp. is not in use anymore, but after this i can not get any updates to spyw.blaster, i get message: "Error connecting to update server", it never happend before.

I use sygate p.firewall and i can not find anyting wrong there eather.

Can anyone please help me.

Hi Olsweede.

Welcome to Wilders.

Try one of the other download alternatives.

Open your SpywareBlaster interface, click on Updates>Options and choose on of the other methods.

U can also update manually,

Hi snowbound.
I have found out what was missing, i had deactivated IE and was useing firefox only, but that way i could'nt make spywareblaster connect and update, the program needed IE activated and connected, or else no update.

And that's sad because i do'nt like to use IE or Outlook anymore at all, had som problem earlyer, but i suppose i got to live with it and just use IE when i have to update.

Same here. I have been using Firefox and couldn't get the updates to work.

I discovered my "IE" settings were set to "Work Offline". With this set spyware blaster and spyware guard can't connect to the server. I unchecked this and they both connect fine. (there are no updates though)
