MSCOMCTL.OCX

i just upgraded to XP and i reinstalled Spyware Guard. but whenever i tried to start Spyware Guard i recieved an error message that said there was a problem with MSCOMCTL.OCX and that there was an invalid or missing file. could someone help me with this or at least show me where it is discussed.
