Default Spywareguard update problem?

Hello!

I use SpywareGuard 2.2 under WinXP.
I tried update the program, but I can't: I use the latest definitions-say the program.
The date of the definitions: 1/22/04.
This is almost a year old!
This is normal?

Thanks:
molngab

Hey molngab,

The latest database is dated 1/22/04. Is that why you feel your having update problems ?

It will all lead you here where you will find that SG uses heuristics along with generic protection and thus doesn't really need an update.
