Default SBAutoUpdate
Does this autoupdate utility only run on startup?

Am I then correct in assuming that if I always leave my PC on, or just hibernate, then I will never get updated?

Yep and Yep....so it is recommended to run SpywareBlaster at least once a week to download the latest updates and enable protection for them !
