Default Problem with a port

I tried this program a long time ago and dont remember what all happened with it. But Im curious if it could have closed a port. Im having some annoying problems accessing tcp port 9886. Could this pogram have had anything to do with it? If so or if you think you could help me and are willing email me at ~snip~. I really need help here.

Default Re: Problem with a port

Hi roh81, and welcome to Wilders.

Could you please tell us what program you are referring to? If it is either SpywareGuard or SpywareBlaster, then no, they would not have closed a port since that is not one of their functions.

If you could give us more information like your operating system, other security apps that you have running, firewall, etc., we may be better able to help you.

Regards,

snap
