I like the program to consult with me before doing anything.
I also run the program manually, but I don't like to see the status report every time I download something, etc. However, if I use "/noresults", it seems like I might as well uninstall the program because it's as if the default action is "ignore"! See, what happens is that it pop ups for less than a second and other than logging the threat, it doesn't do anything. Is it a bug? A feature? And if so, can't I at least use a command line to provide a default action (I looked at the command line options and they don't really worth much except the "/noresults" one). If you want to try it yourself, you can, of course, easily try it on a EICAR test string. Thanks! |
