MEMORY SCAN STARTED...PLEASE WAIT...

I tried to do a full system scan with TDS3 today. The program is hanging right as the process scan finishes. The window says memeory scan strated...pease wait. It never gets off this step. Any suggestions?

I run PG3, McAfee, Bo CLean and AdWatch.

Hi Kegel,

Disable your other resident scanners before you let TDS-3 do a full system scan. It needs its "room" .
Don't forget to enable them after TDS-3 is finished and you have rebooted (well, that reboot is what I do).
I also close my internet connection when I let TDS-3 (or any other scanner) do a full system scan.

As for Process Guard: I don't know (I cannot use it on my old W98SE box).

I assume you were talking about this:

[Memory Scan] Memory scan complete.

There is also another, very important, part of TDS-3:
the Process Memory Space scan.
I myself have chosen not to let TDS-3 do that one automatically, but I run it manually (it is definitely an important part of TDS-3).
