Default Norton Live Update Support

What is Symantec's policy as far as issuing fixes through Live Update. The website is very confusing. Specifically, e-mail and phone support for Norton Personal Firewall 2003 ended when 2005 was released. I thought new patches would stop also, but this was posted on Symantec's website in the past week with respect to SP2.

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT...&osv=&osv_lvl=

So Norton will be updating both NPF 2002 and 2003 so they are both still supported??

Very confusing and I can't e-mail Symantec because NPF 2003 is no longer supported through e-mail !!!!!

Can anyone give me a "drop dead" date for NPF 2003

From what I have heard about NPF 2003 is the last day it will be updated is December 31, 2005. So the last time you can install it is (I think) Jan 1, 2005 to get one full year out of it. Of course I'm not an expert, this is just what I have heard about it.
