Default Paragon Exact Image

I bought this product as opposed trying a trial as I had hopes for it. It had a nice interface and the imaging, verifying, and exploring went very well, and was very easy.

My problem came when I went to use the recovery CD. It would hang going in to Linux, and freeze. When I went into the DOS mode I couldn't see my external drives.

I email support, and didn't get a response. After a seemingly adequate time I emailed sales and asked if they had received my email. Sales responded they had, and I would hear from them. I didn't so I emailed sales again and requested a refund. This time I did hear from tech support, and received sincere apologies, assuring me the reason I hadn't heard from them had been corrected, and they asked for some detailed information.

At this point I have no doubt they would have worked with me and probably have found a solution. Regretfully I just don't have time for that at this point, so I wrote back to sales, explaining this and asked for a refund.

The request was cheerfully and promptly granted. I heard from Element5, the billing website at the same time I got their reply, and my account showed the credit two days later.

Based on this I can say if this program looks interesting to you, try it. My experience says these are honorable business people who will work with you and if they can't meet your needs will live up to their promise to refund.

Pete
