Default Serious Problem

I have just installed a downloaded licenses version of Disk Director on my new Dell Dimension 4700 series. In addition to the main hard drive I added a usb external hard drive. First I created a new partition on the external drive, and it worked perfectly.

Then I attempted to create a new partition of 30 gigas on my C: drive (70 gigas) and something wierd happened: No new partition appeared, but the 30 gigas disappeared from the C: drive. The capacity is the same, but the free space is that much missing.

Please help!

Thanks

Hello campus,

Thank you for purchasing Acronis Disk Director Suite (http://www.acronis.com/products/diskdirector/).

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

Please contact support@acronis.com on this matter. This problem requires additional diagnostics.

Thank you.
