security tab I right click dcsmutex.exe and choose add to protection list
switch to protection tab and it is not listed

All other items so far work like this except thast one. Is there a reason for this?

    Thanks,

    Chris

It does not work because dcsmutex does not exist and is only created at run-time when TDS-3 does Memory Mutex scans and after this it dissapears. Try this, create a text file called dcsmutex.exe in the TDS-3 directory, add this to the protection list, after this delete it.
