Norton AV Defs missing after live update
Never had this occur in many years of NAV usage. I downloaded updates to my Norton System Works/ Anti-Virus today and after restart noticed that all my virus definitions are gone! Symantec's support is MIA so no help there. Any ideas?

Remove/reload NAV, including liveupdate and livereg. The Symantec website has detailed removal instruction. McAfee is lighter on your PC, has a smaller footprint, catches more bugs, and MUCH cheaper than NAV.
