Exclamation safetywoot

Need help in manually deleting GoForIT from my IE. Have deleted it using Spybot S&D and immunized against it with Spyware Blaster. It is embedded somewhere and keeps coming back.
Appreciate any help. Also first post so hope this is the right place to post this.
