i keep getting this when i run spybot. does anybody know how to ban it for good? what is it any ways?

Do you by chance also have SpywareBlaster installed?

At the moment, Spybot is showing a false/positive for Searchforit. If you have SpywareBlaster installed, then what is happening is when you do a scan with Spybot it is flagging the entry that SpywareBlaster puts in your registry for protection. So the next time you scan with Spybot, just put the check "ignore" for the Searchforit. Hopefully that will be fixed in Spybots next update.
