autostart explorer

i use windows xp -only one user

in my autostart explorer i find in -startup folders - the entry
c:\dokumente und einstellungen\my name\startmenü\programme\autostart
-empty-

but some programms automaticly installed in
c:\dokumente und einstellungen\all users\.....


is threre a possibility to check the autostart folder -all users -with the autostart explorer too?
