Exclamation conflict between nod32 and "LSA shell (export version)" in XP Pro

i have a small problem. at startup my computer creates an error and "LSA shell (export version)" closes it asks me whether or not i want to submit the error to microsoft crash analysis. i get this message

Thats strange i thought someone would have replyed by now.

I've tried a few things since posting the last message.
ive disabled imon and amon. made no difference. ive upgraded to the beta version of nod32, didn't help.

i'm not sure where to go from here.
although i think buster had the same problem

There is a known conflict with AMD processors, you will find a thread here:

It has been resolved with the latest Beta 2.12 that will be released in the next day or so...
