Default NOD32 Forum for Frenchspeaking people

Hi ESET and Co

As I praise NOD32 on any security BBS, NG and my own sites, if needed i shall answer in French for non-English speaking consumers with Paul's consent if it can be of any help, knowing rather well NOD32

I shall announce it on those BBS, etc...

Best regards,

OT : How is Palo going on ?

Hi Jack,
(That will attract a visit from Magic Lantern)

Good to have you aboard!

Although this will be basically an English Language forum we can't make it a hard and fast rule that everyone must post in English ... many people around the world speak little or no English, and many more would find it easier to get their message across in their own native language.

I think it's great that we have multilingual moderators and members who can offer assistance in (or translation from ) a user's native language where needed.

The NOD32 team has most major and many minor languages covered, and I'll be recommending that distributors worldwide drop in and wave the flag from time to time ... and I hope to set up a system where if someone asks for assistance in (say) Portugese, Paul can contact our distributor for help in that language.

We want to make this forum work ... and pushing people to the bottom of the list because they can't speak perfect English (or making fun of their spelling and grammar, as I've seen happen many times on other forums) is a backward step I don't want to take.

Palo is still slaving away over a hot keyboard, as is Miro and the rest of the development team. Our development and virus research gnomes might put in an occasional appearance, but as you can imagine, those guys have a pretty heavy workload which never seems to shrink in size, so we probably won't be seeing them on a regular basis.
